Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Please note your card will be charged at the time you place your order.
After you place your order with us you will receive an email which contains a detailed acknowledgement of the goods you have ordered. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we send you a receipt for your payment
We are always reviewing our special offers to bring you the best deals possible. If you are a club or association that enjoys an agreed discount, we will always give you whichever works out to be the lowest price (either the special offer or the agreed discount).
Any orders that have been tailor made will require additional costs that we will contact you about. Any of these orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping and handling
Orders will normally be shipped within two working days of receiving your order.. Where an item is out of stock there may be a delay in shipping. We will acknowledge your order by e-mail and include the charge being made for normal weekday delivery by DPD for deliveries in the UK. Requests for special delivery (by a specific time or on a Saturday) will incur an additional charge which we will advise separately. Shipping costs for deliveries outside the UK (excluding the USA) will be advised by e-mail. Orders are normally sent insured by courier. Small items are sent by Royal Mail. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. Please note we can only ship to permanent residential and business addresses.
If a parcel arrives damaged or has been opened please inspect the contents are complete and undamaged prior to signing for it. Allstar Uhlmann UK cannot accept responsibility for missing or damaged items once signed for. You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt any discrepancies against items ordered.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. On occasion we may offer you an alternative item and notify you of any cost implications. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or the alternative offered is not acceptable.
PRICES QUOTED ON THE UK SHOP SITE INCLUDE UK VAT. Customers from countries outside the UK using the UK shop site will NOT be charged UK VAT, but customers are responsible for all import/local tax charges that may be levied upon importation to their country. We therefore must stress that IF charged import duty/tax it is the purchasers responsibility to cover any charges levied. We recommend you check locally before placing your order.
Credit card security
At the start of our checkout process all communication between your computer and our website becomes encrypted using a SSL 1,024bit security certificate. Your payment card details are handled directly by our payment service provider, Sagepay. Our staff have no direct access to your full card number.
For your security we operate the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode schemes. If your card issuing bank is part of this scheme, to enhance your security, you may requested to enter your Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode as part of the checkout process.

Returns & exchange policy
Goods may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided that the goods are unused and in good condition in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt annotated with your instructions wishing to return the goods. If you wish to exchange any item ordered incorrectly then exchanges can be made but shipping charges will be applied. Goods should be returned to our warehouse at the address given above. We can only refund/exchange against items we receive back and cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Therefore please insure your return shipment. All items will be inspected prior to refunding/exchanging.
If returning goods from outside the UK please ensure that the package is clearly marked on the outside as “returned goods”. Any duty charged by UK authorities will be deducted from any refunds given
We only accept orders fo special order items, made to measure, outsized and customised items on the basis that once processed for production they cannot be cancelled or returned for refund/exchange UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
