There are some questions that we get asked a lot, so we thought we'd put them together in one place for you. If there's something that you're still not sure about, please do contact us and ask.

Do you have everything in stock?

We have a large amount of stock across all products. It isn't possible for us to keep absolutely everything in the warehouse, however if you order something that we don't have then we can get it in quickly.

I'm flying tomorrow, can you do my order today?

We do our best to process and pack our orders as soon as they come in but we can't process any print jobs on the same day.

Does my child need to have 800N kit?

No, a child does not need to have or use 800N kit.

Can you fix something that was made by Allstar/Uhlmann if I bought it elsewhere?

No.

Who are Allstar Fencing US?

Allstar Fencing US is our sales service of Allstar products to the USA.

Are you a branch of Allstar or Uhlmann?

No, we are an independent shop who is the official stockist of Allstar and Uhlmann clothing in the UK.
